By using this website or requesting an estimate through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. JCE Tree Service is a locally-owned tree care company serving River Falls, Hudson, Prescott, and the surrounding St. Croix River Valley. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site.
Use of This Website
This website and its content are provided for the purpose of informing visitors about our tree care services and allowing them to request estimates. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation.
Estimates & Quotes
Estimates provided through this website, by phone, or in person are based on a visual assessment of the property and the information available at the time. They are not a binding contract until confirmed in writing. Final pricing may change if site conditions, access, or the scope of work differ from what was originally assessed.
Scheduling & Weather
Scheduled work dates are estimates, not guarantees. Tree work is weather-dependent, and jobs may be rescheduled for safety reasons, including high winds, storms, or unsafe ground conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes to your scheduled date.
Property Access
You are responsible for ensuring our crew has safe, unobstructed access to the work area, and for identifying and disclosing any known hazards on the property, including buried utility lines, septic systems, invisible fencing, or irrigation equipment not marked or visible at ground level.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other terms are agreed to in writing in advance. Accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of your estimate. Past-due balances may be subject to additional collection costs.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment by contacting us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with little notice, after a crew has already been dispatched or materials arranged, may be subject to a service charge.
Insurance
JCE Tree Service carries general liability insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request. While every reasonable precaution is taken to protect your property, tree work carries inherent risk, and minor incidental impact to lawns, gardens, or driveways (such as from equipment or falling debris) can occur during otherwise careful work.
Warranties & Disclaimers
We perform our work in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Beyond the completion of the agreed-upon work, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including as to the future health, growth, or survival of any tree, shrub, or plant on your property.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JCE Tree Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services performed or from use of this website. Our liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
Intellectual Property
The text, photos, and other content on this website belong to JCE Tree Service or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page.
